I submitted my contact information, but haven’t received a response. What should I do?

I scheduled an appointment, but I need to reschedule or cancel. How can I do that?

We understand that plans can change. Please get in touch with your sales representative (see details above), and we’ll gladly coordinate a new date and time.

I need to make a payment, but I’m not sure how.

No problem. Simply write the payment amount on the voucher check and present it to your banker.

How can I find out the exact amount I need to pay?

Your contract appendix includes your payment schedule, but we recommend requesting an updated payment notice reflecting the Construction Input Index and VAT adjustments.

📩 Email [email protected] at least 14 days before your payment date to receive a full breakdown.

I made a payment, but haven’t received my bank guarantee yet. Why is that?

All guarantees are issued digitally and sent to your email. The process may take 21–30 days.
Per Israeli Sale Law, your voucher booklet serves as temporary proof of the bank guarantee until it arrives.
If more than 30 days have passed without receiving your guarantee, please get in touch with [email protected], and we’ll follow up promptly.

I’m planning to take out a mortgage. What documents will the bank request?

Mortgage processes vary by lender, but commonly required documents include:
✔️ Bank guarantees
✔️ Exclusion letters
✔️ Irrevocable payment instructions
✔️ Sale documentation: Property tax reporting forms (Mas Shevach / Mas Rechisha) submitted to the Israel Tax Authority
✔️ Account status reports

How will I know when and where to make payments?

Payment dates and milestones are listed in your contract appendix, though all payments are linked to the Construction Input Index and may be updated.
Before each payment, we strongly advise requesting a formal, up-to-date payment notice.

I want to request unit changes. How is that handled?
