Solel Boneh to Build 552 Housing Units in Giv’at Ze’ev – Project Valued at NIS 850 Million

Amim Group and Solel Boneh have signed an agreement to construct the luxury development “Giv’at HaShalva” in Giv’at Ze’ev, comprising 552 residential units with a total construction volume of approximately NIS 850 million. The development will feature apartments averaging 160 square meters, with balconies of 40 square meters or more, and includes 26 dunams of public institutions, a modern country club, and green open spaces.

As part of the project, 18 residential buildings will be constructed, along with underground parking facilities. Additionally, resident clubhouses will be built, including workspaces, play areas for children, and more. The planning emphasizes maximum comfort and aims to meet all residential, recreational, and employment-related needs. A large commercial center and an employment hub will be built adjacent to the neighborhood.
