Solel Boneh to Build 552 Housing Units in Giv’at Ze’ev – Project Valued at NIS 850 Million

Amim Group and Solel Boneh, a Shikun & Binui Group subsidiary, have signed a contract to construct the “Giv’at HaShalva” real estate development in Giv’at Ze’ev. The development will include 552 upscale residential units, with a construction volume of approximately NIS 850 million.

    The city’s largest urban renewal project in Petach Tikvah’s Ramot Verber neighborhood is gaining momentum. Following approved zoning plans (TABA) and a majority vote in favor of the redevelopment, Amim Group—the Jerusalem-based real estate developer—hosted a major residents’ event in the Petach Tikvah Museum. The mayor of Petach Tikvah was in attendance.

    The plan calls for replacing nine deteriorating, unsafe residential buildings from the 1950s with five modern residential towers featuring 620 apartments and a commercial ground floor. Estimated occupancy: 2029.
